What we can do to help

We help clients in many ways in their employment, and life journeys. Our aim is to help create an employment plan that suits you and has good work- life balance. We can assist with the following, and more:

  • We assist our clients to develop CV’s for their job of choice.

  • Tailored to match the job you wish to apply for.

  • Your employment specialist will go out and talk to prospective employers in the field you have chosen. We will not disclose information about your health without your permission.

  • One on one coaching, mock interview preparation, assistance with WINZ, grants for clothing.

  • We will provide coaching along with Workplace Resilience Training. This helps you to be able advocate for yourself in a positive way.

  • Individually tailored support, taking into account your holistic needs to sustain employment in the long term

  • Work alongside employers to normalise variances in mental health. We also assist in communicating with government departments and support agencies.

  • We will work with you to develop a work-life balance catered to your needs. We know it is important to create a schedule that may include joining community groups.

  • If you decide that further study is your pathway, we can assist you with the application process, connect with career advisors, disability service and student support at Polytechnic or University while you continue your journey into employment.
